Chocolate & Zucchini Cake
ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (baking cocoa)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt (or table salt)
1 scant cup light brown sugar (or unrefined cane sugar)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature, or 1/2 cup virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
