Northwest Deviled Eggs

Recipe of the Month


Ingredients


8 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and halved
3 Tablespoons “Ranch with Bacon” salad dressing
1/4 Cup finely chopped apple
1/2 Cup chopped, cooked smoked cheese sausages
Thin apple strips for garnish


Instructions


Place cooked egg yolks in a small bowl; set egg white halves aside. Mash yolks with a fork. Stir in salad dressing. Add apple and sausage and mix well. Spoon mixture evenly into egg white halves. Garnish with thin apple strips and parsley leaves. Consider serving on a bed of chopped, cooked bacon.(Always cover and refrigerate leftover deviled egg halves.)
