Cheese Biscuits


Recipe of the Month


Ingredients


2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cups crisp rice cereal
1 cup butter or margarine, softened


Instructions


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated 375 degree oven.

Servings: 36 biscuits
